MANAGEMENT STAFF
Beth R. Verman
Beth Verman is currently the President/CEO of Systems Staffing Group, Inc., an Information Technology and Clinical Staffing organization headquartered in Bala Cynwyd, Pennsylvania. Her clients consist of Fortune 500 companies within the Insurance/Financial and Pharmaceutical sectors nationwide.
She has over 15 years of experience within the Staffing Industry. Beginning in 1988 as a Technical Recruiter, she has worked for a variety of IT consulting organizations. In 1995 Beth made the transition from Sr. Technical Recruiter to Account Manager with responsibilities for Computer Consultant/Solution Sales. In September 2000, she founded Systems Staffing Group, Inc.
In 2001 Beth achieved a "40 under 40" minority executive award in Philadelphia. In 2002 Systems Staffing Group, Inc. was recognized by "Purple Squirrel", an industry publication, as one of the top 100 fastest growing IT organizations nationally. Beth testified on July 29th 2003 before The Senate Committee on the Judiciary Subcommittee on Immigration and Border Security. She is the president of the Delaware Valley Chapter of TechServe Alliance (formally known as the National Association of Computer Consulting Businesses), Network of Women in Computer Technology, National Association of Women Business Owners and is Certified as a Woman Business Organization through the Women's Business Enterprise National Council and Certified as a Small Disadvantaged Business through the SBA.
Beth holds a Bachelors of Business Administration, from Temple University. She resides in Villanova, Pennsylvania with her husband and two daughters.
Robert J. Schilk
Mr. Schilk is currently the Senior Recruiter/Manager for Systems Staffing Group Inc, an IT Staffing Firm headquartered in Bala Cynwyd, PA.
Mr. Schilk possesses over 8 years experience as an IT Recruiter, and has been employed with Systems Staffing Group Inc. for over five years. He has worked successfully in both an agency as well as corporate setting.
Mr. Schilk is responsible for the full cycle of Recruiting for the firm, including sourcing and identification of candidates, pre interview screening of candidates, performing of background checks, etc. He also assists the Sales Force when applicable. Mr. Schilk has effectively and successfully placed consultants of various levels at various Fortune 100 clients in the Mid-Atlantic region.
Mr. Schilk holds a Bachelors Degree in Psychology from Holy Family University. He resides in Langhorne, PA with his wife and daughter.
Marc Davis
As Chief Sales Officer, Marc is responsible for overseeing the daily operations for SSG including recruiting and new business development. He has been instrumental in the development and implementation of SSG's new service delivery model that has created an incomparable competitive advantages for SSG. With this new service model, SSG is quickly becoming a top supplier in every preferred supplier program in which it participates.
As a top sales professional Marc has been responsible for generating average annual revenues from staffing services in excess of $10 million. During his more than 20 years of experience in the staffing industry Marc has repeatedly developed and sold industry leading staffing and software solutions.
Marc understands the challenges confronting the staffing industry and brings a wide array of personal experiences to Systems Staffing Group. Throughout his career he has successfully developed innovative recruiting strategies and business development models and has cultivated Multi-national Fortune 500 companies into multi-million dollar clients. His unique, industry experiences are particularly valuable in demonstrating the compelling value proposition offered by Systems Staffing Group.
Marc holds a BA in Business Administration from the University of Miami He resides in Warren NJ with his wife and two daughters.
